ÖÇ4Students understand the operations strategy and its importance to the firm
ÖÇ5Students understand the major determinants of facility location decisions and will know how to use analytic models to assist in the decision
ÖÇ6Students understand the basic issues of facility layouts and to be able to use appropriate tools and techniques for designing different layouts for operations
ÖÇ7Students understand the concepts of specialization of labor, job enrichment, work study and motion study and calculate the normal and standard time for a task.
