1Determining problems regarding child health in the world and in Turkey and comprehending the role of nursing in solution, explain the concept of sustainability in pediatric nursing
2Handling the ill/healthy child along with the family and the environment and including the family to the care process
3Recognizing physical characteristics and changes that may be symptomatic of a disease in childhood
4Monitoring growth-development from birth to adolescent period and recognizing and assessing the factors that may affect this process negatively/positively
